Plan is to continue as is. 2. Improve topic hubs - get industry "expert" reviews of topic hubs; incorporate feedback; lead center QC working links, list of features common to all - working, operating at minimum level; hub owner conduct quarterly review; tap into programs database for expertise. 3. Rapid response - standardize format, share requests, promote service 4. P2 News - Phase 1(pilot) current developers of weekly or monthly news - share; Phase 2 (plan) - develop database to prepare for content sharing; Phase 3 (plan) content sharing Regional collaborations 1. RFP database - each center provide link; each center add RFPs; establish system to track proposal results - feed to other P2Rx projects 2. Mercury database - quarterly or semiannually broadcast that database exists; forward information as it comes to your attention on an on-going basis 3. Homes across America - create state-by-state profile of contacts, developers/builders, local government programs; market the database; point to products For the two other proposals - Information Integration Plan ($100K)- written by Andy and Fernando · Every center maps site (including p2rx site) - Andy needs to know if your center will need money to do this · 1 or 2 centers make plan for integration - deliver functional specifications · 1 or 2 center pilot integration within their centers - deliver pilot · share ability with other centers - workplan for integration - deliver technical specs Other proposal($200K) - Written and submitted by P2RIC 1. Marketing ($75K) - includes marketing plan, customer survey, incorporation of results All centers participate. 2. Projects/activities database - ($75K) phase approach with 3-4 centers participating initially, building on NEWMOA's model, considering interfaces, keeping it easy and relavent for the user, and easy for the centers. Database would integrate research summaries currently kept by PPRC. Additional research information could be added. All centers except WRRC are interested in participating. 3. Innovative technologies ($50K) - using NEWMOA's model, deliver write-ups on four innovative technologies. Technologies would be choosen in part on how they relate to topic hubs. Evaluation of the MEDS database would be done to see if there's a fit here. Participating centers - WRRC, GLRPPR, PPRC, NEWMOA, SWPIC. On the edge are P2RIC and Peaks.
