    Mercury in Products Phase-Down Strategy
Description:This report was developed in response to the Great Lakes Regional Collaboration (GLRC) Strategy to Restore and Protect the Great Lakes, which calls for the development of a mercury product stewardship strategy designed to phase out the use of mercury and provide for mercury waste management. The goal of this phase-down strategy is to reduce the use of mercury-containing products and to minimize mercury releases caused by remaining uses of mercury-containing products in the Great Lakes region by 2015.
