Bugzilla report - Tim (what's new in the world of arthropods...)

can’t unassociated keywords to individual records, from Laura, assigned to Andy
36. posted 9/26, link search not working – by Prabin, assigned to Tim Daeho says it’s been fixed and with current version from CVS it should be fixed.
Crispin was just trying to update hubs from registry and gets a please log in message, part of an error message. Tim says he might know what that is. Because we have the givehubupdates in admin area which also has log-in. Crispin will submit with bugzilla. Will either do a workaround or may have to move the log in file to separate folder. Scott says modularize log in and add to every page. Daeho fixed it. Crispin is still having problems updating Peaks.

Just a reminder for people doing developing, just commit what you changed for that specific project. Submit the changes individually. Submit often so it’s easier to track.

Web trends - new filters are posted, let's review (if you've already runyour reports let me know - thanks Prabin for getting the P2Rx and P2RICwork done)
Joanne (Peaks) has tried. Tim is using version 8 of web trends. Laura is too. This version should really be on its own machine. Updates once an hour. Curt posted webtrends.

Search engine triage - follow up on progress (hint, hint)
Laura followed up after Omaha, registered site, put alt tags, went back to Google to check if they had indexed the site. She only got the first page when she searched on www.peakstoprairies.org but got the whole site when she put in “peaks to prairies.org.” Tim says the best way to configure the web server is to only have one name be valid.

Make time before the end of Nov ember to work on the search engine triage. Scott will be looking at it again in early December.

Usability - follow up on progress (nudge, nudge)
Would like to share ideas on usability - Laura

Keywords committee - progress report (shove, shove)
Meeting scheduled Oct. 16, 2003. Scott, Tim Andy

Status on populating the orgs_to_hub table (yes, this means you) A coupleother program directory follow ups - Daeho, please supply a list of allkeywords currently used in the PD. Tyler and Laura, you were going to workon coming up with a way to receive program updates/changes and let thecenters screen them prior to them being directly entered into thedatabases. Daeho, you were going to do a database check to eliminateduplicate entries.
Laura has had a few problems with programs directory, but should be able to do it soon. The WTGFH page should be up on the CVS so you can choose how to display.
Curt – this week to figure out, perhaps in a month will have some .
Daeho – have some but not all, maybe this month
Laura – maybe this month
Fiona – will get together with Pete next week
Crispin – have started, will try to get back to it this month.

Admin meeting report out - Andy and Laura
a) Program Directory collection policy - approved by admin in Jackson Hole
b) Admin committee will work on partnering document which will include "howto share individual topic hubs"
c) Web group needs to address how to make the hubs more easily shared(admin will provide specific scenarios)
d) On-line surveys – I don’t think there’s any work the web group has to do.

Scott thinks there’s a desire to share out smaller pieces, not all of the topic hubs but single hubs or pieces of the hubs.

Tyler, did I ask you to do something with the topic hub acknowledgementpage? I think you have it and others may need it.
Laura thought there were some changes he was going to make to the admin form and send it back out.

Jan 7 – 9 for next web workshop. Someplace warm. North Carolina is an option. Crispin will help me decide.
