Bisbee (NEWMOA); Curt McCracken (WRRC); Tyler Rubach
(GLRPPR); Zack Fowler (P2RIC); and Prabin Kanel (PPRC).
Action Items:

the Centers who were not represented on the call (Zero Waste and WRPPN)
and find out how they plan to post the survey online.
- Prabin – contact Peaks to
Prairies about possible issues posting the survey.
- Curt – work with Prabin to
figure out an easier way to post the survey link throughout the WRRC
website.
- Zack and Prabin – edit the
“doctor” graphic so it has a clear background and send to the group.
- Andy – check in with Admin
Group re: schedules and timing for posting the survey and get back to the
Web Group with the new start date.
Online P2Rx Survey: The launch of the P2Rx and Center surveys
was originally supposed to be today, September 26th. However it was made evident on the conference
call today that a few Centers will have trouble making that happen. The survey link needs to be launched on all
Centers’ websites on the same exact day and appear on all pages throughout
their websites.
NEWMOA – Andy and Nate already looked into this issue and
determined that it will be easy to incorporate a link to the survey on the
site’s left-side navigation.
WRRC – Curt thought that he might have a problem posting the
survey link on all pages because their website is not consistent. The header is a graphic and the footer is an
address bar. There is no side navigation
on any of the pages and even the header on some pages is different. Curt thought that he might have to put an
individual link on each page of the website. But since it is a site-wide link there are a lot of pages and it would
take a long time to do this. He was also
concerned about the library page and documents contained in the library. Andy stated that the Centers understand that
the PDF documents in the library will not have a link to the survey.
GLRPPR – Tyler did not want to put the link in the side
navigation because he was unsure of how the link graphic would look – he also
noted that the side navigation is not present on the Topic Hub page. He will put the link in the website header
which is consistent throughout.
Zero Waste – This Center was not represented on the call
today. After the call, Rachel called and
left a message with Lynn Turner regarding this issue.
P2RIC – Prabin and Zack will work together to put the survey
link on the side navigation, which occurs throughout the website.
Peaks – Elizabeth previously asked Prabin for assistance
with this task, but since he is not as familiar with their website, he will
need to check in with Elizabeth to see if he can post the link on the top
navigation which he believes is consistent throughout the website.
WRPPN – This Center was not represented on the call today. After the call, Andy called Ed Gonzalez and
left a message regarding this issue.
PPRC – Prabin already discussed this task with Chris and
will post the survey link on the side navigation for their website.
Graphic Link: In addition to the survey link being posted
to all of the Centers websites on the same day, the actual link needs to be the
same also. The Admin Group previously
discussed using a graphic to highlight the survey link on their websites. Rachel sent the Web Group a few examples of
“button” graphics that could be used for this purpose. Prabin then mentioned a previous survey
graphic that P2Rx developed, which was a small box with a cartoon picture of a
doctor, with the text “Help us Diagnose – Click the Doc to Take a Quick
SURVEY”. Zack was able to edit the
graphic to delete specific information about a qualifying for a gift
certificate that was included at the bottom. The group all liked this graphic and agreed to use it as the survey link
on their websites. Andy asked Zack if he
could also use Photo Shop to make the background of the graphic clear instead
of the current teal background. Zack stated
that he will make the changes and send in a jpeg format to the rest of the
group.
The group agreed to add the text “Click Here to Take the
Survey” above the graphic so that it will further stand out. The website link that is currently provided
by Survey Monkey includes this standard text also. Rachel will be sending out these website
links to Centers after the call today, but Centers are not to post them online
yet. After the posting issues with the
Centers are all resolved, Andy will send out another emailing announcing when
the survey can be posted online.
