Mar/Apr 2001	Controlled Vocabulary standards are adopted by both the web group and the administrators. Also allows topic hub project to pull information from the programs database for the "Where to Go For Help" section. (Link exits this site.)

Oct 2000	Database template (created by Greg Geyer) given to P2Rx Centers without a Programs Database. Access data entry form (designed by Fernando Parra, Region 6). NPPR/P2Rx pilot on-line. The NPPR Yellow Pages using data from P2Rx Programs Databases demonstrates content sharing. Greg Geyer contributes:  * Code to open window to various databases   * Result set from querying (preliminary format only) * Tool for use on any web site

Mar 2000	Programs database discussed at the Information Work Group meeting of NPPR's Boston Roundtable.  Agreement reached that all terms in controlled vocabularies will be contained in the P2 Thesaurus (http://www.newmoa.org/prevention/hottopics.cfm) Assignments for work on controlled for vocabularies are made.
Feb 2000	Consideration given to using proposed Environmental Assistance Menu of Services (EAMS) as a controlled vocabulary for "Services" field
Jan/Feb 2000	Vision discussed at P2Rx national meeting in Chicago  Standard fields concept (some informational, some descriptive) adopted (also see notes from January Chicago Web Group meetings http://www.p2rx.org/admin/ChicagoWebGroupNotes.htm) Need for controlled vocabularies for some fields established.
